Refund Policy

Scrippter provides digital, IT, consulting, and service-based solutions. Once a service has been initiated, scheduled, or delivered (fully or partially), refunds will not be issued.

3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or excess payment made by the client
• Payment charged due to a technical error on our end
• Service not initiated due to reasons solely attributable to the Company

Any approved refund will be processed at the sole discretion of Silverline Group.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
• Third-party service delays, rejections, or failures
• Failure to use the service within a specified time period
• Compliance-related rejections (including DLT, SMS, or regulatory platforms)

5. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team within 7 days of the payment date.

The request must include:

• Proof of payment
• Service details
• Reason for refund request

6. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will not guarantee a refund. Once work has started or resources have been allocated, the service cannot be cancelled.
